"This was almost the best hotel experience I've ever had. Were it not for the hostess/waitress in the restaurant (I believe her name might be Jana), it would have been the best experience. Although the lady was very, very friendly, I had to hunt her down to place an order; to ask for something additional; to pay my bill, etc.
In support of other restaurant personnel, I finished my morning workout around 6:10am one morning and went to the restaurant looking for a glass of orange juice. A very nice lady apologized that the restaurant didn't open until 6:30, but did whatever she had to do to get me the glass of orange juice. She definitely went the extra mile. The lounge was very comfortable. I appreciated the internet access and ability to print a document. The workout room was top notch. The pool area (inside and out) was superb. The room was cozy and quite conducive to studying and writing notes, etc.
